Things You Need to Know

​Before designating an item a "Mollectible" and listing for sale, we carefully inspect it for any noticeable damage or blemishes that can be found on preowned items, and we make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you (in the description any by photo) of any that can materially impact the value. 

In addition, you can and should submit written questions about any potential blemish or damage.

This helps give you peace of mind that you are getting the item you ordered.  Because you have the ability to thus investigate the Mollectible in addition to the information provided on the website, items are sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or fitness of the item for a specific purpose. *(Unless stated with an  Authenticity clause) Our team works with vendors to gurentee authencity.

Mollectibles are normally sourced from reputable vendors and resellers who often provide information regarding the background or interesting facts regarding the item.  When when a provenance or certificate of authenticity is provided by such vendor or reseller, such will be included with the item.

 Notwithstanding the absence of any warranties or guarantees and the "as is" nature of the sale, by making a purchase, you agree that all damages, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price and shall not include any special damages.

We are collectors too, so we'll pack your order just the way that we would like to receive it.

All items sold are carefully inspected before shipping out to you. This provides both you and us the peace of mind that you'll be receiving the correct item ordered.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be  processed and an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery.

Mollectibles ships on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Items are normally shipped via USPS, although alternative shipping arrangements can be made by contacting Mollectibles. 

When available, a tracking number will be sent via email to the address listed on the order.  

Items are insured for the purchase price, and you will be responsible for making any claims to the USPS for items lost or damaged in shipment as items will are delivered by Mollectibles FOB to the USPS.

Please note that the delivery time frame is an estimate only, as delays beyond our control can occur with mail carriers or other shippers.

Custom Domestic shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and item value.

Shipping cost provided is for that single item ONLY.

Shipping multiple items at once when commercially feasible can result in a lower shipping cost per item.

Actual costs may vary depending on shipping options and if multiple items in a single order can be combined for shipping at a lower cost, any difference will be refunded to you if the total reduction is at least $5.00. If you need help, please contact us.​
